When it comes to digital marketing, the ultimate goal isn’t just to post content – it’s to build relationships that lead to sales. At Finazzo Fox Creative, we believe there are three pillars of social media success: Know, Like, and Trust.
Let’s break it down:
Before anyone can fall in love with your brand, they have to know you exist. This is where building your community and expanding your reach on social media becomes essential. A well-crafted social media strategy is your roadmap for getting in front of the right audience, consistently. It’s not about overwhelming your followers with constant posting—it’s about creating purposeful, high-quality content that gets you noticed by the people who matter most: your ideal clients.
For example, I might share posts about how to use hashtags to grow your following, why strategy matters for long-term success, or even give you a behind-the-scenes look at how I manage deadlines while raising three kids and wrangling a 90-pound pup. Whether you go fully professional or mix in personal anecdotes, the “Know” phase is about making yourself visible in a way that feels authentic to you and your brand.
Once your audience knows you, it’s time to get them to like you. This stage is about building meaningful connections by offering value and sparking curiosity. To make your brand likable, you need to show up consistently with content that resonates, inspires, and encourages interaction. Conversations are the heartbeat of this phase. Ask questions, listen to feedback, and create opportunities for your audience to engage with you.
For instance, I might ask my followers what they’d like to learn about digital marketing or what content creators they’re especially loving to follow right now. By opening the floor to your audience, you gain insights into their needs and preferences while also making them feel heard. And here’s the magic: when you engage with your audience authentically, you start shaping your content and services to align perfectly with what they want.
Trust is where the magic happens. After your audience knows and likes you, trust is what pushes them to take action—to buy, sign up, or work with you. Building trust requires consistency, transparency, and value. It’s about showing your audience that you understand their challenges and offering solutions that genuinely help.
For example, my Hashtag Strategy Workbook is a small but impactful resource that demonstrates my expertise and builds credibility, positioning Finazzo Fox Creative as a trusted authority. Over time, as your audience engages with your content and sees real results, they’ll naturally look to you when they’re ready to make a purchase or take the next step.
At Finazzo Fox Creative, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all formulas or magic words that instantly drive sales. Instead, I take a holistic approach to digital marketing, balancing creativity, strategy, and authenticity. Yes, we stay on top of trends and data, but we never lose sight of your brand’s unique voice and values.
So, what about you? Are you actively building the “Know, Like, and Trust” factor with your audience? If not, let’s fix that! Whether you need help crafting your strategy, refining your content, or elevating your digital presence, I’m here to guide you.
